1. Make sure the patient is safe — swap in a backup unit if you need to.
2. Reproduce the complaint yourself and write down exactly what you see (screen, alarm, code).
3. Check power, battery, cables, accessories, and settings before ordering parts.
4. Then open the service manual above and follow its troubleshooting section.

Low pressure / leak source ↗

• Inspect garment and tubing for leaks; replace garment if alarm continues

Kinked/blocked tube source ↗

• Straighten/clear tubing; replace garment if it persists

Garment disconnected source ↗

• Reconnect or replace garment

Garment removed from limb (compliance) source ↗

• Reapply garment, or standby and restart

Battery low source ↗

• Connect to mains; below 10% therapy can't start; <5% pump shuts down

Faulty tubeset source ↗

• Switch off and call service

Service (spanner) icon source ↗

• Service interval expired; therapy can continue, schedule service

Leak / low pressure / kinked tube source ↗

• Inspect garment and tubing; replace garment

Garment disconnected source ↗

• Reconnect or replace garment
