Articulation won't move or position/thermal errors source ↗
- Calibrate articulations; check the actuator cables
- Thermal: rest 10 min; replace the faulted actuator
Scale inaccurate or load-beam errors source ↗
- Remove obstructions under the frame; zero and calibrate
- Check the load beam cables; run the Specified Checks accuracy test
SafeView+ / Obstacle Detect faults source ↗
- Check the cables to the SafeView2 boards and Obstacle Detect transmitter/receiver; replace the boards
Voice alerts or wireless not working source ↗
- SideCom (0x2XXX) errors: reseat the SOM, replace SCB
- Follow the Wireless Connectivity Malfunction section
After any board replacement source ↗
- Software versions may not match: update the software
