- AC LED off: check AC fuses and source
- AC LED lit: check LCD and reseat AC-to-PSU harness
Won't run on battery source ↗
- Check battery connections, charge, replace
Frozen / keys don't respond source ↗
- Hold power ≥6 s to reset
- Reseat membrane harness; replace keypad
Blank or off-colour LCD source ↗
- Reseat LCD cable at micro compute engine board; replace LCD
All leads off / bad waveform source ↗
- Replace patient cable, reseat ECG harness, replace ECG board
